  • Flag of Mongolia.svgStatesman Ties Mongolia Tie was designed to represent the Mongolian Flag. Mongolia's flag is red and blue "with the Mongolian Soyombo symbol centering on the leftmost stripe. The blue stripe represents the eternal blue sky, and the red stripes symbolize thriving forever. The Soyombo symbol is a geometric abstraction that represents fire, sun, moon, earth, water, and a Taijitu symbol representing the duality of yin and yang." (Source: here) We used the red and blue colors from the flag as the stripes for our tie. We added a black stripe to give the tie a little more distinction and then placed the Soyombo in the bottom corner.

  • Our Singapore Skinny Tie is modeled after the flag of SingaporeStatesman Ties Singapore Skinny Tie was designed to represent the flag of Singapore. For this tie, we used the white crescent moon and stars from the flag as the main symbols for the tie.
  • Juneteenth_FlagWe used the Juneteenth flag as the inspiration for the tie. The main symbol on the flag is the white star in the center. That had to be the main symbol we highlighted on the tie. The red and blue stripes from the flag were an easy addition to make this a true rep tie. There was some back and forth regarding the white stripe in the tie and how it separates the red and blue stripes. After talking it through, it was decided that the white needed to be represented more throughout the tie. It is also a nice contrasting  color to help break-up the red and blue pattern.
