He will take the time to answer all of your questions and make any changes needed. The tie is absolutely incredible. It’s a lighter blue than in the picture which I actually love. It is so well made and my missionary loved it as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing tie! It’s a great gift too!
