]]> Statesman Tie’s Belgium Tie was designed to represent the Belgium flag. The national flag of Belgium is a tricolor of three bands of black, yellow and red. The colors were taken from the coat of arms of the Duchy of Brabant and the vertical design may be based on the flag of France.  We have added the golden lion from Belgium’s Coat of Arms to our tie design.
